Cemetery: MORBECQUE BRITISH CEMETERY, Nord, France
Grave Reference/Panel Number: Plot I. Row G. Grave 15.
Location: Morbecque is a village and commune in the Department of the Nord, 3 kilometres south of Hazebrouck and 20 kilometres north-west of Estaires. From Hazebrouck take the D.916 to Morbecque and continue to the centre of the town. Just after the Mairie a sign indicates the cemetery 180 metres down a small road on the left hand side.
 
Historical Information: Morbecque British Cemetery was made by the 5th Division in April 1918 during the German advance. The 29th Division also buried casualties in the cemetery before it was closed in June of the same year. There are now 105 First World War burials in the cemetery. The cemetery was designed by G H Goldsmith.
